Is my medical information private? Yes. Your documents are read and stored only on your device. When the app uses AI, it removes your name, member ID, and other identifiers first — our servers never see your medical documents. See the Privacy Policy.
Will Overturn win my appeal? No one can promise that. Overturn helps you spot possible issues and draft a strong, well-structured letter — but the decision is your insurer's, and Overturn is a drafting aid, not legal or medical advice.
Does Overturn file the appeal for me? No. You review, edit, and send the letter yourself, so you stay in control.
How do credits and the subscription work? Capturing documents and the on-device audit are free. Generating or exporting an appeal letter uses one appeal credit, or is unlimited with Overturn Unlimited ($7.99/month). Manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Restore past purchases from Settings → "Restore Purchases".
How do I delete my data? Settings → "Delete account" removes your server data and sign-in and erases your on-device cases. You can also export your data first from Settings → "Export my data".
